Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returns or exchanges may be refused if the product shows signs of use or damage.

  • Sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and work to provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
